I. Working Principle of the Meltblown Fabric Low-Temperature Cooling System (Air Cooler)
Based on the principle of the refrigeration system, low-temperature, low-pressure liquid refrigerant undergoes heat exchange with the surrounding air in the evaporator. The evaporator absorbs heat from the air, evaporating into low-temperature, low-pressure gas. During evaporation, the refrigerant temperature remains unchanged. The low-temperature, low-pressure gaseous refrigerant enters the compressor, is compressed into high-temperature, high-pressure gas, and then enters the condenser. In the condenser, it undergoes heat exchange with the indoor medium. Part of the heat from the high-temperature, high-pressure gaseous refrigerant is absorbed by the medium, raising the medium's temperature. The refrigerant releases heat, and the condenser
turns into high-temperature, high-pressure liquid. The temperature remains unchanged during the condensation process. It then enters the expansion valve for throttling, which is a rapid cooling process. The refrigerant becomes low-temperature, low-pressure liquid. After this process, the refrigerant re-enters the evaporator for heat exchange and evaporation, thus completing the entire refrigeration system cycle. This cycle continues continuously, allowing the air to be continuously cooled. The cooled air is then blown by the fan to the area requiring cooling.

1. By Cooling (Heat Dissipation) Method
A. Water-cooled air cooler: (Shell and tube type) condenser equipped with a cooling tower for heat dissipation.
B. Air-cooled air cooler: (Finned type) condenser dissipates heat through the unit's own fan.
Air cooler selection: Generally chosen based on cooling capacity (air volume and temperature), selecting suitable water-cooled or air-cooled air coolers.
Air-cooled characteristics: Named after the heat dissipation method, it contains a finned condenser inside the unit for heat dissipation, eliminating the need for an additional cooling water tower.
