High-Quality Compressor

As the core of the cooling machine (chiller), Baochiyuan selects brand-new original compressors from Europe, America, and Japan, belonging to the Panasonic and Copeland series, with built-in safety protection, ensuring safety, quiet operation, energy efficiency, and durability.

Efficient Evaporator

1. Coil Tank Type: Stainless steel thick-walled tank-type evaporator, made of high-purity copper tubes, equipped with an automatic water replenishment device, eliminating the need for an expansion tank in engineering installation, facilitating installation and maintenance, and suitable for special applications such as large temperature differences and small flow rates.

2. Shell and Tube Type: High-efficiency internally threaded copper tube evaporator (Note: If using a closed tank, a shell and tube evaporator is recommended).

Air-Cooled Condenser

High-speed punching ensures reliable fin quality, secondary flanging ensures tighter contact between copper tubes and fins, resulting in high heat exchange efficiency. The use of brand-new imported copper tubes and fully automatic elbow welding greatly enhances oxygen tightness, preventing refrigerant leakage, making it particularly suitable for areas with water scarcity or high water hardness.

Unit Configuration

Equipped with a precision electronic temperature controller, accurately controlling water temperature within 5~35°C, built-in compressor overload protector, circulating water pump overload protector, system low-pressure abnormal protector, high-efficiency imported dryer filter and expansion valve, maintenance hand valve interfaces, and other devices, ensuring reliable and safe machine operation and facilitating maintenance.

High-Lift Water Pump System
Water pumps are carefully selected from Italian and Taiwanese high-flow, high-lift pumps, ensuring safe, ultra-quiet operation, energy efficiency, and durability. The unit casing is finished with electrostatic powder coating, making it aesthetically pleasing. Equipped with a stainless steel water tank for easy and quick cleaning. The tank includes a float-type automatic water replenishment device to measure and control water levels, effectively saving time and improving efficiency for customers.

Multifunctional Control Panel
The control panel features an ammeter, control system fuses, compressor and water pump switch buttons, an electronic temperature controller, various safety protection fault indicators, displays for chilled water outlet, chilled water inlet, and set temperature options, and unit start/operation indicator lights for user convenience.

Custom Design
1. The unit can be flexibly designed in size based on the machine room conditions. Custom production based on samples is welcome.
2. Multiple refrigerant options available; the unit can provide refrigerants such as R22, R407C, R134a, etc.
3. Units can be produced with different power specifications according to various countries and regions. Custom-made chillers and various anti-corrosion, brine, high-voltage non-standard units are available based on customer requirements.

4. Low-temperature refrigeration units can be custom-made according to customer temperature requirements, with the lowest temperature reaching -40°C.
