Silicone adhesive for PP

I. Product Introduction:

Shang Hao Jia J-942 is a single-component, room temperature curing, low-whitening instant adhesive suitable for self-adhesion or mutual adhesion of silicone rubber and plastics, especially with excellent bonding strength for elastomer materials and bakelite. It performs outstandingly in bonding difficult-to-adhere materials such as PP, nylon, rubber, and soft rubber. For silicone rubber bonding with TPE, using our company's primer series treatment agents on silicone rubber and PP surfaces, followed by the application of adhesive 942, can achieve destructive strength between silicone rubber and thermoplastic elastomers.

Application Scope of Shang Hao Jia Adhesive

1. Widely used for bonding silicone to silicone, silicone to plastic, plastic to plastic, TPR to ABS adhesive, and TPR to TPR adhesive.

2. Bonding between silicone and various plastics, such as silicone to ABS adhesive, silicone to TPR adhesive, silicone to bakelite adhesive, and silicone to nylon adhesive.

3. Bonding between silicone and various metals, such as silicone to stainless steel adhesive, silicone to iron adhesive, etc.
