Silicone adhesive for PE

Silicone and PE materials are relatively difficult to bond, as general adhesives do not adhere well to them. Surface treatment is required for effective bonding. Based on market feedback and production process needs, our company has developed a new specialized adhesive that must be used in conjunction with a primer. Apply a layer of primer on the silicone and PE surfaces, wait about one minute for it to dry, and then apply the adhesive.

Instructions for use:

1. Surface treatment: Use a dry cloth or sandpaper to remove dust, oil, rust, etc., from the surface, then wipe with a thinner to clean the bonding surface.

2. Adhesive application:

(1) Unscrew the front cap to use. If there is adhesive around the bottle mouth, wipe it clean with a cloth first, then attach the needle or PE dropper for use. Pay attention to controlling the adhesive flow to ensure bonding effectiveness.

(2) Apply a small drop of adhesive to the surface to be bonded, then proceed with bonding and hold until hardened. Hardening time varies from a few seconds, generally about 5-10 seconds. Practical strength is achieved in 30 minutes, and high strength is reached after 24 hours.

(3) After use, clean the bottle mouth and tighten the cap to prevent solidification before the next use.

(4) Store the adhesive in a cool, dry place after use.
