I. Product Introduction:

Shang Hao Jia J-416M is an instant low-whitening adhesive designed for bonding inert molecular materials. It is suitable for bonding silicone, rubber, TPU elastomers, and other materials. It bonds directly, sets in 3 seconds, achieves initial fixation in 3-5 minutes, and fully cures within 24 hours. It is easy to use and suitable for assembly line operations. Compared to traditional fast-drying adhesives for silicone, it requires no surface treatment and is designed for bonding materials such as silicone, rubber, EPDM, TPR, and TPE.

II. Usage Method:

1. Clean the surface of the parts to be bonded from dirt, rust, oil, mold release agents, etc. Use a clean, lint-free cloth for cleaning.

2. Apply the adhesive to the surface to be bonded, then press the other part firmly for several seconds.

3. Initial fixation is generally achieved in about 60 seconds. Do not separate or move the bonded parts during this process, as it may affect bonding strength.

4. The amount of adhesive should be such that a thin film is formed after bonding. Too little adhesive may result in insufficient strength, while too much may slow curing and cause severe whitening.

IV. Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Refrigeration is acceptable. Keep away from fire and electrical sources. Shelf life is 6 months.
