I. Product Introduction:

Shang Hao Jia J-416M is an instant low-whitening adhesive designed for bonding inert molecular materials. It is suitable for adhering materials such as silicone, rubber, TPU elastomers, and more, enabling direct bonding with fixation in 3 seconds, initial setting in 3-5 minutes, and full curing within 24 hours. Easy to operate, it is ideal for assembly line operations. Compared to traditional fast-drying adhesives for silicone, it requires no surface treatment and is specifically designed for bonding silicone, rubber, TPE, and similar materials.

II. Characteristics

Can bond ABS plastic, PVC plastic, bakelite, foam, leather

Usage Instructions:

1. Clean the surface of the items to be bonded from dirt, rust, oil, mold release agents, etc., using a clean, lint-free cloth.

2. Apply the adhesive to the surface to be bonded, then press the other product against it firmly for several seconds.

3. Initial fixation typically occurs within about 60 seconds. Do not separate or move the bonded items during this process, as it may affect bonding strength.

4. The amount of adhesive should be sufficient to form a thin film after bonding. Too little adhesive may result in weak bonding strength, while too much can slow curing and cause significant whitening.
