I. Product Introduction:

Shang Hao Jia J-943 is a one-component, room temperature curing, low-whitening metal instant adhesive. It is suitable for bonding silicone rubber to hardware (such as stainless steel, magnets, copper, zinc alloy, nickel-plated metals, etc.), plastic to metal, and metal to metal for self-adhesion or mutual adhesion. It is particularly effective for bonding silicone to stainless steel hardware, plastic to hardware, stainless steel, iron, magnets, nylon, and other materials, offering convenient operation and excellent bonding strength. III. Usage Method:

1. Use a clean cloth to remove dirt, dust particles, etc., from the surfaces to be bonded.

2. Apply the primer (primer coating) to the surface of the silicone rubber or thermoplastic elastomer, and let it sit for 1-2 minutes until the primer is completely dry. Apply the adhesive to the surface to be bonded, then press the other product firmly for a few seconds.

3. Generally, the bonded items will set in about 60 seconds. Do not separate or move the bonded items during this time, as it may affect the bonding strength.

4. The amount of adhesive should be such that a thin film is formed after bonding. Too little adhesive will result in insufficient bonding strength, while too much adhesive will slow down curing and cause severe whitening.
