I. Product Description:
In early winter, when rime or freezing rain occurs, transmission lines are prone to icing. Once icing occurs, it may lead to conductor flashover and tripping in mild cases, and in severe cases, it may cause tower collapse or conductor breakage, affecting the normal and safe operation of the lines and resulting in irreparable huge losses. As one of our company's online monitoring device series products, the IoT sensor for power transmission and transformation equipment, the icing tension sensor, is resistant to low temperatures and interference, effectively judges the icing condition of transmission lines, and can work normally in snowy and icy weather, providing technical guidance and auxiliary decision-making for deicing and melting ice, effectively preventing ice damage accidents.
II. Working Principle:
The IoT sensor for power transmission and transformation equipment, the icing tension sensor, collects line data such as image and video, micro-meteorology, conductor tension, and inclination angle through a remote data collector, then digitally compresses and decodes the data, and finally uses a 4G/3G/GPRS/CDMA wireless transmission module to send the field data to the data monitoring center in the form of IP packets. At the monitoring center, the data signals are decoded, and the line data such as image and video, micro-meteorology, tension, and inclination angle can be intuitively displayed on the screen in digital and graphical forms.
III. Product Functions:

(6) Can cyclically store state quantity data such as equivalent icing thickness for at least 30 days;
(7) Has identity verification, a complete update mechanism, and remote program update methods;
(8) Preprocesses the rationality check and analysis of collected data, automatically identifies and removes interference data;
(9) Performs primary calculation on the original collection and secondary calculation through the icing monitoring model to derive the equivalent icing thickness of the conductor;
(10) Has management and self-detection functions for the device's own working status, including collection, storage, processing, communication, etc.;
(11) When a device operation fault is detected, can initiate corresponding measures to restore the device to normal status;
(12) Has the ability to dynamically respond to remote commands such as time query setting, data request, reset, etc.;
(13) Can enter remote debugging mode via remote command and output relevant debugging information;
(14) Equipped with a security chip, data can be encrypted, and it can be connected to various provincial company platforms.

VI. Precautions:
1. Avoid dropping the device on the ground or subjecting it to strong impacts from other objects;
