I. Working Principle The high-voltage voice warning device is directly installed on the transmission line conductors during installation. It integrates multiple technologies, including high-voltage line power extraction technology, anti-interference technology, microelectronics technology, infrared detection technology, and voice broadcast technology. Its appearance is a bright red color, and it automatically activates a flashing warning light under low light conditions, providing a conspicuous warning effect. It is currently one of the newer types of high-voltage warning devices in China. If people fail to notice the warning device and enter the safety zone of the transmission lines, the infrared detection system will promptly detect them and immediately activate the voice warning function to alert passing pedestrians and vehicles, enabling them to take appropriate preventive measures and thereby avoid power grid safety incidents. II. Main Features 1. The display section consists of a 10X25 series-parallel ultra-bright Φ10 LED dot matrix, with each LED having a rated voltage and current of 3V/20mA. 2. The product automatically controls the power switch and the flashing of the display, meaning it automatically activates the warning device under low brightness and deactivates it under high brightness. 3. Special light-emitting components are used, offering high brightness and strong penetration, with a nighttime warning distance of over 800 meters. 4. The device's performance remains unchanged under various harsh conditions such as rain, snow, ice, and oil. 5. The product automatically draws power from the high-voltage line, with a stable voltage of 25V DC and a current of 0.85A. 6. The device obtains its operating power directly from the line, allowing for straightforward and simple installation. 7. The device can automatically turn on and off based on the surrounding environment and light intensity. 8. Suitable for use in 10–1000KV transmission lines, with a wide range of applications. 9. After installation, the device has no adverse effects on the operation of the high-voltage lines. 10. The device is temperature-resistant, waterproof, dustproof, performs well, and has a long lifespan. 11. The device has a service life of over ten years.
