Alumina thermal conductive powder is an ultra-fine alumina micropowder that undergoes differential treatment and surface modification. It features oleophilic surface treatment, excellent dispersibility, and high transparency. It is widely used in various plastics, rubbers, and adhesives to enhance the thermal conductivity of products.

Application Scope:

1. Thermally Conductive Plastics: Adding alumina thermal conductive powder increases the thermal conductivity of polypropylene (PP), and the thermal conductivity of the alumina/PP composite improves with higher alumina content.

2. Thermally Conductive Silicone Rubber: Incorporating alumina thermal conductive powder enhances the thermal conductivity of silicone rubber without affecting its transparency. With appropriate dosage, the thermal conductivity can reach 1.48-2 W/(m·K).

3. Thermally Conductive Adhesives: Such as epoxy adhesives, epoxy resins, and thermal conductive coatings. Adding alumina thermal conductive powder can achieve a thermal conductivity of over 0.6 W/(m·K).

Dosage: The general recommended addition is about 5-8%, with the specific amount to be determined based on customer trial results.
