1, Scratch Resistance: Adding nano alumina to coatings and paints forms a very fine, uniform, and extremely hard network structure on the paint surface, protecting the underlying polymer layer from damage. The scratch resistance of nano paint is three times higher than that of conventional paint, making it widely used in automotive paints, etc.

2, Wear Resistance: Nano alumina's excellent wear resistance makes it widely used in the field of coatings and paints. Adding 1-2% nano alumina to coatings significantly enhances wear resistance, improving it by 2 to 4 times compared to traditional coatings. It is widely used in furniture paints, etc.

3, Tolerance:

Tolerance testing of nano paint was conducted on various automotive components under laboratory conditions. Since 2001, tests have been carried out on trial vehicles, such as car wash tests using car wash solutions containing a certain amount of quartz sand to scrub nano-painted cars. In these tests, 10 car washes are equivalent to 50–100 car washes in real life. After 10 such car wash tests, the remaining gloss of conventional paint was only 35%, while the remaining gloss of nano paint was still above 70%, with almost no scratches.

7, Dosage: Recommended dosage is 0.5-2%. Users can determine the appropriate dosage through testing based on different systems.
