The measurement and control system can be configured differently based on customer needs.

1. Controller - Zhongtu Instrument Alpha Series Controller

The Alpha Series Controller, independently developed by Zhongtu Instrument, features the following performance characteristics:

（1）Full closed-loop DC servo motor drive control technology with excellent servo following control capability;

（2）Solid-state electronic switch design, no high-power relays, smaller size and inrush current, higher reliability;

（3）Synchronous PWM control technology and common-mode rejection design, fast loop response, high drive efficiency, and low heat generation;

（4）Microsecond-level speed look-ahead trajectory planning algorithm for efficient smooth motion and high spatial motion repeatability;

（5）The controller complies with the I++ standard and is compatible with mainstream measurement software on the market.

2. Probe Head

（1）ACH100T Fully Automatic Rotary Probe Head

Performance characteristics:

· The probe head can achieve A-angle movement of 0-105° and B-angle movement of -180° to +180°;

· The probe head uses precise 6-point positioning for high positioning accuracy;

· Key components are made of composite materials and high-strength materials;

· The probe head ensures safety through dynamic and static anti-collision design.

（2）ACH100T-5 Fully Automatic Rotary Probe Head

Performance characteristics:

· The probe head can achieve A-angle movement of 0-115° and B-angle movement of -180° to +180°;

· The probe head uses precise 6-point positioning for high positioning accuracy;

· Key components are made of composite materials and high-strength materials;

· The probe head ensures safety through dynamic and static anti-collision design.

3. Probe - Zhongtu Instrument CP100T Trigger Probe

The CP100T trigger probe is a mechanically triggered probe independently developed by Zhongtu Instrument. It can trigger force in five spatial directions with high precision and stability, outperforming similar imported probes. Components: The probe consists of a probe body and a suction cup, both with magnetic adsorption surfaces. The suction cup comes in four types: CP100T-L (low measuring force), CP100T-S (standard measuring force), CP100T-M (medium measuring force), and CP100T-E (high measuring force).

4. Measurement Software

Power DMIS is a coordinate measurement and analysis software independently developed by Zhongtu Instrument, featuring core technologies that are independently controllable. The software supports DMIS and I++ standard protocols and has received dual certification from Germany's PTB (least squares method and minimum zone method).

5. Optional Accessories

（1）Refrigerated Air Dryer

Provides primary air filtration, dehumidification, and oil removal for the coordinate measuring machine's air source, reducing the load on the machine's precision filtration system and effectively extending its service life.

（2）Probe Changing Rack

Due to the complexity of measured workpieces, it is impossible to complete all measurement tasks with a single probe. The changing rack allows for quick and repeatable replacement of probe heads/extension rods/probe combinations on the measuring machine, enabling automated inspection of different workpieces under the same measurement system.

（3）Fixture

Used on the coordinate measuring machine, the fixture employs modular support and reference devices to achieve flexible fixation of the measured workpiece.
