3D High-Precision Confocal Microscope The VT6000 is based on confocal technology principles, primarily measuring surface physical morphology and performing micro-nano scale three-dimensional morphology analysis, such as 3D surface topography, 2D depth morphology, profiles (depth, width, curvature, angle), and surface roughness. By integrating precision Z-axis scanning modules and 3D modeling algorithms, it performs non-contact scanning of device surfaces and constructs 3D surface images. Through system software, it processes and analyzes the 3D image data of the device surface, obtaining 2D and 3D parameters that reflect surface quality, thereby achieving 3D measurement of device surface morphology.

3D High-Precision Confocal Microscope displays magnified image details with higher clarity than conventional optical microscopes. Traditional optical microscopes often use CCD cameras with lower sensitivity to capture images, which cannot detect low-intensity light such as fluorescence. In contrast, confocal microscope systems employ highly sensitive photomultiplier tubes as detection elements, offering high sensitivity to weak fluorescence signals. They can also reduce background noise by narrowing the excitation range and using optical sectioning. Under the same objective magnification, confocal microscopes present image morphological details more clearly and finely, with higher lateral resolution.
