GTS Laser Tracker is used for precision measurement of three-dimensional coordinates in large-scale spaces up to hundreds of meters. It integrates laser interferometric ranging technology, photoelectric detection technology, precision mechanical technology, computer and control technology, and modern numerical calculation theory. It can be applied in dimensional measurement, installation, positioning, calibration, and reverse engineering. In industries such as aircraft, automotive, shipbuilding, aerospace, robotics, nuclear power, rail transportation equipment manufacturing, as well as in large-scale scientific engineering and high-precision machining and assembly of industrial mother machines, it can address measurement challenges related to high-precision spatial coordinates and spatial attitudes of large, ultra-large workpieces, large scientific devices, and industrial mother machines.
GTS Laser Tracker has developed into a family series including three-degree-of-freedom (3DOF) and six-degree-of-freedom (6DOF) laser trackers, which can be used with various types of cooperative target probes:
1. The GTS3000 Laser Tracker, when used with an optical retroreflective target sphere, forms a 3DOF laser tracker capable of accurately measuring geometric features such as points, lines, surfaces, and curves in large-scale spaces.
2. The GTS6000 Laser Tracker, when used with a spatial attitude probe, forms a 6DOF laser tracker capable of rapidly and accurately measuring internal features, hidden features, or complex surfaces of workpieces based on the precise spatial attitude of the cooperative target.

2. iProbe 6D Attitude Probe
The iProbe 6D Attitude Probe uses machine vision and gravity-aligned sensing fusion technology to calculate the spatial position of the measuring sphere through the registration transformation between the probe's local coordinate system and the overall system coordinate system. It not only accurately measures geometric features such as points, lines, surfaces, and curves but also enables rapid, high-precision measurement of internal and hidden features of workpieces based on the probe's precise spatial attitude.
3. iTracker 6D Attitude Intelligent Sensor
The iTracker 6D Attitude Intelligent Sensor uses active reverse tracking and gravity alignment technology to adjust the probe's attitude in real-time during measurement, always facing and locking onto the measurement laser beam. Through a kinematic model, it precisely calculates the target's three-dimensional spatial position coordinates and spatial attitude angles, enabling measurement over a wide range of pitch and yaw angles.
4. EyeScan Tracking Laser Scanning System
The EyeScan Tracking Laser Scanning System uses visual dynamic tracking technology to track and locate the spatial position of the scanning head in real-time. When used with the tracker, it enables real-time high-precision scanning of medium to large objects. It is easy to operate and requires no target placement.
5. SpatialMaster Spatial Measurement Software
SpatialMaster (abbreviated as SMT) is a self-developed, PTB-certified universal 3D measurement and analysis software specifically designed for large-scale measurement equipment such as laser trackers. SMT supports simultaneous measurement with multiple instruments of any type, ensures traceability of measurement data, and features powerful data processing and analysis capabilities. It supports geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) evaluation in the manufacturing process and offers excellent user interactivity with flexible analysis reporting functions.
6. Robot Inspection and Calibration Kit
The robot kit based on the GTS Laser Tracker provides an efficient and feasible solution for the measurement, calibration, and performance inspection of industrial robots' spatial absolute position accuracy. It offers both an economical solution based on optical target spheres and an enhanced solution based on 6D attitude intelligent sensors.
