Zhongtu Instrument SJ5800 High-Precision Roughness and Contour Measuring System can inspect part surfaces, especially large curved surfaces such as arcs, spheres, and irregular shapes. It is widely used in precision machining, automotive, bearings, machine tools, molds, precision hardware, and other industries. With a resolution of up to 0.1nm and a system residual error of less than 3nm, it is an essential tool for fine roughness measurement in large curved surface applications (bearings, artificial joints, precision molds, gears, blades, bearing rollers).

Measurement Functions

1. Create Coordinate System: Point-line, two-point X, two-line, and other workpiece coordinate systems.

2. Measurement Tools: Extract the highest point with a rectangular selection, extract the center point with a rectangular selection, automatically extract multiple points to form a line with a rectangular selection, automatically capture multiple points to form a line, automatically extract the pitch diameter line of threads with a rectangular selection, extract arcs/circles with a fan-shaped selection, etc.
