The GTS series Laser Tracking 6D Pose Intelligent Measuring Instrument is a high-precision, portable large-scale spatial coordinate measuring machine. It is a high-performance optoelectronic measuring instrument that simultaneously achieves high precision (μm level) and a large working space (hundred-meter level). It can be used in conjunction with various forms of cooperative target probes to solve measurement problems of full-range high-precision spatial coordinates and spatial poses for large, extra-large workpieces, large scientific installations, industrial mother machines, etc.:
1. The GTS3000 laser tracker, combined with an optical retroreflective target sphere, forms a three-degree-of-freedom laser tracker capable of accurately measuring geometric features such as points, lines, surfaces, and curved surfaces within a large-scale space;
2. The GTS6000 laser tracker, paired with a spatial pose probe, forms a six-degree-of-freedom laser tracker capable of rapidly and accurately measuring complex features such as internal features, hidden features, or curved surfaces of the workpiece based on the precise spatial pose of the cooperative target.

2. iProbe 6D Pose Probe
The iProbe 6D pose probe utilizes machine vision and gravity-aligned sensor fusion technology. It calculates the spatial position of the measuring sphere through the registration transformation between the probe's local coordinate system and the overall system coordinate system. It not only accurately measures geometric features such as points, lines, surfaces, and curved surfaces but also rapidly and precisely measures internal and hidden features of the workpiece based on the probe's exact spatial pose.
3. iTracker 6D Pose Intelligent Sensor
The iTracker 6D pose intelligent sensor employs active reverse tracking and gravity alignment technology. It adjusts the probe's pose in real-time during measurement, always directly facing and locking onto the measurement laser beam. Through a kinematic model, it precisely calculates the target's three-dimensional spatial position coordinates and spatial pose angles, capable of measuring a very wide range of pitch and yaw angles.
4. EyeScan Tracking Laser Scanning System
The EyeScan tracking laser scanning system uses visual dynamic tracking technology to track and locate the spatial position of the scanning head in real-time. Combined with the tracker, it enables real-time high-precision scanning of medium to large objects. It is easy to operate and requires no target points.
5. SpatialMaster Spatial Measurement Software
SpatialMaster (abbreviated as SMT) is a self-developed, universal 3D measurement analysis software specifically designed for large-scale measurement equipment like laser trackers and certified by PTB. SMT supports simultaneous measurement with multiple instruments of any type, with traceable measurement data. It features powerful data processing and analysis capabilities, supports Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) evaluation in the manufacturing process, and offers excellent user interactivity with flexible analysis reporting functions.
