The GTS Dynamic Performance Laser Tracker is a high-precision, portable large-scale spatial coordinate measuring machine. The GTS Dynamic Performance Laser Tracker has evolved into a family series including three-degree-of-freedom and six-degree-of-freedom laser trackers. 1. The GTS3000 laser tracker, used with an optical retroreflective target ball, forms a three-degree-of-freedom laser tracker capable of accurately measuring geometric features such as points, lines, surfaces, and curves within a large-scale space.
2. The GTS6000 laser tracker, paired with a spatial attitude probe, forms a six-degree-of-freedom laser tracker. It enables rapid, high-precision measurement of complex features such as internal characteristics, hidden features, or curved surfaces of workpieces based on the precise spatial attitude of the cooperative target.

2. iProbe 6D Attitude Probe
The iProbe 6D attitude probe uses machine vision and gravity-aligned sensor fusion technology. It calculates the spatial position of the measuring ball through the registration transformation between the probe's local coordinate system and the overall system coordinate system. It not only accurately measures geometric features such as points, lines, surfaces, and curves but also enables rapid, high-precision measurement of internal and hidden features of workpieces based on the probe's precise spatial attitude.
3. iTracker 6D Attitude Intelligent Sensor
The iTracker 6D attitude intelligent sensor employs active reverse tracking and gravity alignment technology. It adjusts the probe's attitude in real-time during measurement, always facing and locking onto the measurement laser beam. Using a kinematic model, it precisely calculates the target's three-dimensional spatial position coordinates and spatial attitude angles, capable of measuring a very wide range of pitch and yaw angles.
4. EyeScan Tracking Laser Scanning System
The EyeScan tracking laser scanning system uses visual dynamic tracking technology to track and locate the spatial position of the scanning head in real-time. Combined with the tracker, it enables real-time high-precision scanning of medium to large objects. It is easy to operate and requires no target placement.
5. SpatialMaster Spatial Measurement Software
SpatialMaster (abbreviated as SMT) is a self-developed, PTB-certified universal 3D measurement and analysis software specifically designed for large-scale measurement equipment like laser trackers. SMT supports simultaneous measurement with multiple instruments of any type, ensures traceability of measurement data, and offers powerful data processing and analysis functions. It supports geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) evaluation in the manufacturing process. Additionally, SMT features excellent user interactivity and flexible analysis reporting capabilities.
6. Robot Inspection and Calibration Kit
The robot kit based on the GTS Dynamic Performance Laser Tracker provides an efficient and feasible solution for the measurement, calibration, and performance inspection of industrial robots' spatial absolute position accuracy.
