Product Description
The SJ5100 Series Length Measuring Machine and Length Measuring Instrument employs imported high-precision grating measurement systems, high-precision ground linear guides, high-accuracy temperature compensation systems, bidirectional constant measuring force systems, and high-performance computer control system technology to achieve high-precision measurement of various length parameters. The high-precision ground guide ensures high stability and ultra-high straightness during the movement of the measuring head seat. The imported high-precision grating measurement system records coordinates in the length direction, and the computer synthesizes data by correcting grating data with feedback from the force measurement device, temperature sensors, and Abbe error data (due to the high straightness of the guide, instrument errors caused by Abbe correction are minimal). Analysis is conducted according to the relevant definitions and formulas of the measured object's parameters to calculate the relevant length parameters.
After the operator installs the measured object, selects the standard for the measured object in the detection software, and inputs the specification parameters of the measured object, the head seat is moved to contact the measured object. The five-axis worktable is adjusted to find the inflection point, and sampling is completed to obtain measurement data. The system can display measurement results in real time, automatically calculate various parameters of the measured object (e.g., automatically calculating the pitch diameter when inspecting thread gauges), and perform pass/fail judgments based on the system's built-in standard database. The entire measurement process takes no more than 3 minutes, after which results and record reports are automatically generated.
