The GTS3800 Laser Tracker system consists of a computer, tracking measurement station, and target reflector. It combines angle measurement in both horizontal and vertical directions with distance measurement to form a spherical coordinate measurement system. The system acquires spatial geometric element measurement point information through the target reflector and performs analysis and calculation of spatial geometric element dimensions, dimensional tolerances, geometric tolerances, spatial surfaces, and curves via 3D data analysis software. Integrating laser interferometric distance measurement technology, photoelectric detection technology, precision mechanical technology, computer and control technology, and modern numerical calculation theory, it can be used for applications such as dimensional measurement, installation, positioning, calibration, and reverse engineering. It is a highly functional metrology and inspection tool.
Main Unit Measurement System
(1) Integrated Control Host Design
The powerful, compact control host is built into the laser tracker head. The integrated design significantly reduces the number of connecting cables and carrying cases, facilitating quick on-site installation.
(2) Automatic Target Sphere Locking Technology
When the laser beam is interrupted, the target locking camera automatically searches for the target sphere within a small range to resume tracking, automatically locking onto the target sphere without manual intervention, thereby improving measurement efficiency.
(3) HiADM Distance Measurement Technology
HiADM (Hybrid Absolute Distance Measurement) combines laser absolute distance measurement (ADM) and laser interferometric measurement (IFM), integrating the high dynamic speed of laser interferometry with the functionality of absolute distance measurement to ensure measurement accuracy and enable recovery from beam interruption.
(4) Integrated Weather Station
The integrated environmental weather station automatically monitors and updates meteorological parameters, providing real-time compensation for the effects of temperature, air pressure, and humidity on the refractive index of air, ensuring measurement accuracy.
(5) MultiComm Communication
The device can communicate with a computer via hardware triggering, wired network, or wireless WiFi, making it suitable for use in secure workshops. The maximum measurement data output speed is 1000 points per second.
(6) Portable Transportation
The GTS3800 Laser Tracker features an integrated host design for the laser tracker head and an integrated accessory transport case, resulting in a compact, lightweight system with excellent usability and ease of transport between different work sites.
(7) Sealed Protection Design
With an IP54 protection rating, the host is safeguarded against dust and other contaminants, offering strong environmental adaptability.
