Product Introduction

Based on the test method of GB/T 3682, it is used to determine the fluidity of thermoplastic polymers at high temperatures, i.e., the melt flow rate. This machine employs both the mass method (MFR; unit: g/10min) and the volume method (MVR) for testing polymers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyoxymethylene, ABS resin, polycarbonate, nylon fluoroplastics, etc. It is widely used in plastic production, plastic products, petrochemical industries, as well as universities, research institutions, and commodity inspection departments. The instrument complies with the JB/T5456 standard requirements and is applicable to standards such as GB/T3682 and ISO1133, making it widely used for determining the melt index value of plastics.
