Professionally designed for testing the adhesion strength of printed ink layers on plastic films and cellophane decorative prints (including composite film prints) produced through gravure printing processes.

1. The roller's weight, rubber thickness, and hardness are strictly designed according to national standards, effectively ensuring the accuracy and universality of test data.

2. The system adopts microcomputer control, paired with a PVC operation panel and LCD screen, allowing users to perform tests and view data quickly and conveniently.

Suitable for standard rolling adhesion tests on adhesive products, as well as for testing the adhesion state of surface layers formed by processes such as vacuum coating, surface coating, and lamination.

Adheres glass tape paper, selected according to standard specifications, to the inked surface of a sample conditioned in a test environment using standard load, rolling speed, and number of rolls. After a set conditioning period, the materials are peeled apart under specific pressure and peeling speed. The condition of the ink layer detachment is observed and measured to analyze the adhesion strength of the printed ink layer. This instrument complies with multiple national and international standards: GB 7707, JIS C2107, JIS Z0237.
