TC-PSY Stroboscope

Also known as a stroboscopic still image instrument or tachometer, the stroboscope itself can emit brief and frequent flashes.

The digital tube displays the flash frequency per minute in real-time. It is compact, lightweight, has soft lighting, long bulb life, and is simple and convenient to operate.

The DRK102 stroboscope is suitable for the packaging and printing industry, enabling the inspection of high-speed printing processes; ink color matching, die-cutting, punching, folding, etc.; for the textile industry, it can detect spindle speed and loom weft feeding; for the machinery manufacturing industry, it can diagnose various rotors, gear meshing, vibrating equipment, etc. It can also be used in electromechanical engineering, automotive manufacturing, chemical industry, optics, medical, shipbuilding, and aviation industries.

When we adjust the flashing frequency of the stroboscope to match or synchronize with the rotation or movement speed of the object being measured, although the object is moving at high speed, it appears to be moving slowly or relatively stationary. This visual persistence phenomenon allows easy visual observation of the surface quality and operating conditions of high-speed moving objects. The flash rate of the stroboscope corresponds to the rotational speed of the object being inspected (e.g., a motor). It can also be used to analyze object vibration, the motion of high-speed moving objects, and high-speed photography.
