According to the test method of GB/T 3682, it is used to determine the fluidity of thermoplastic polymers at high temperatures, i.e., the melt flow rate. This machine employs both the mass method (MFR; unit: g/10min) and the volume method (MVR) as two testing approaches, applicable to polymers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyoxymethylene, ABS resin, polycarbonate, nylon fluoroplastics, etc. It is widely used in industries including plastic production, plastic products, petrochemicals, as well as in universities, research institutions, and commodity inspection departments. The instrument complies with the JB/T5456 standard requirements and is suitable for standards such as GB/T3682 and ISO1133, extensively applied for the determination of plastic melt flow index values.
