This product is a single-component room-temperature curing coating. After curing into a film, it forms a transparent, highly adhesive self-cleaning hydrophobic coating on the substrate surface, providing the glass surface of photovoltaic modules with hydrophobic self-cleaning capabilities. The coating enhances the light transmittance of the glass, helping to increase the power generation of photovoltaic modules. The fluorosilicone resin selected for the coating, after modification, forms a hydrophobic structure with the assistance of micro-nano scale materials, giving the coating excellent self-cleaning performance.
The addition of titanium dioxide particles in the coating allows for the adjustment of light transmittance across different wavelengths, enhancing the anti-reflection effect in the effective photoelectric conversion bands. This improves the light conversion efficiency of photovoltaic modules, thereby increasing power generation.
