Spray Carbon Black

Spray carbon black is a type of carbon black with larger particle size (80-130nm) and higher structure (>120ml/g). It imparts higher elongation and better elasticity to rubber compounds, maintaining good resilience even under multiple extrusions, thus providing excellent deformation resistance. It is suitable for manufacturing rubber products such as automobiles and machine tools. Spray carbon black is also a high-purity product that maintains the physical properties of rubber well, and changes in the amount added do not significantly affect the elongation at break of rubber products. Domestically, spray carbon black is generally in powder form, packaged in 15 kg bags, with high dispersion loss during rubber mixing.
