1. Tiered water pricing function: Property management can set different tiers based on local conditions to charge according to water usage tiers. Automatic monthly settlement, with total monthly water usage recorded automatically on the settlement date, which can be freely set;

2. Pre-alarm function: When the remaining water volume reaches the set alarm value, the meter automatically closes the valve to remind the user to purchase water. The valve reopens after swiping the card, and closes again when the water volume reaches zero;

3. Valve closing function: When the remaining water volume is zero, the meter automatically closes the valve. The valve can only be reopened after the user purchases water and swipes the card;

4. Low voltage alarm function: The meter automatically closes the valve when the battery power is low or during battery replacement;

5. Purchase limit function: When the recharge amount exceeds the set limit, the meter will not read the purchased water volume from the card until the sum of the remaining water volume and the current purchase volume is below the limit;

6. Anti-tamper function: When the meter is subjected to strong magnetic or electrical attacks, it automatically closes the valve. The valve can only be reopened after the external interference is removed, and the attack incident is automatically recorded;

7. Self-cleaning and anti-rust function: The meter automatically opens and closes the valve periodically to discharge sediment, preventing valve scaling and rusting;
