PP Vertical Storage Tank

PP tanks offer advantages such as corrosion resistance, long service life, lightweight construction, high strength, ease of transportation, and convenient maintenance. Corrosion resistance (chemical resistance): PPH is a non-polar plastic with stable chemical properties. It can store most chemical media except for organic compounds that soften or swell it.Heat resistance: PPH has a softening temperature of 150°C and can be safely used for extended periods at 100°C. HDPE has a softening temperature of 100°C and can be safely used long-term at 60°C.PPH vertical tanks are plastic storage tanks made from processed PPH granular material. The tank body is manufactured using an extrusion winding process with PPH granules, resulting in a seamless, weld-free product. In contrast, PP tanks are constructed by welding polypropylene plates. In terms of corrosion resistance, both PP vertical tanks and PPH vertical tanks perform similarly. Regarding safety, PPH tanks are integrally molded without welding, eliminating leakage risks, whereas PP tanks are welded and prone to leakage, increasing safety concerns. Additionally, there are significant differences in other properties, such as aging resistance.Performance characteristics of PPH tanks include corrosion resistance and leak-proof design. They are easy to install, maintain, and replace, with a long service life and excellent sealing performance. The use of high-molecular plastic sliding rollers prevents surface scratches on steel strips during the pickling process.
