PP Vacuum Unit Water Jet Vacuum Pump

The complete vacuum unit is a set of vacuum equipment assembled from components such as water jet vacuum pumps, corrosion-resistant pumps, water tanks, buffer tanks, and valves. It is divided into vertical and horizontal types, with horizontal units being widely used in industrial production. The steam-water series jet vacuum unit is formed by adding a steam jet vacuum pump to the water jet complete vacuum unit: the two are connected in series to form a two-stage steam-water series jet vacuum pump, which consumes less steam, achieves higher vacuum levels, operates stably, and is easy to use.

Instructions and precautions for use
1. Before putting into production use, carefully check whether the fasteners in all parts are loose. If any are loose, they must be corrected and tightened.
2. Before starting, the water tank must be filled with water. Open the pump inlet valve before operating the corrosion-resistant pump. Do not allow the pump to run dry or in reverse to prevent damage to the mechanical seal, impeller, and other pump components.
3. Before stopping, open the vent valve or wait until the vacuum level drops below 0.092 MPa before stopping. This prevents high vacuum from causing backflow and damaging the check valve. (If the check valve fails, open the check valve cover and remove any debris.)
4. When using the steam-water series jet vacuum unit, start the unit first before opening the steam valve. When stopping, close the steam valve before shutting down the unit to prevent high temperatures from damaging the water jet vacuum pump.
5. When installing the steam pipeline, ensure the pipeline remains level to prevent water accumulation inside the pipe, as this may affect vacuum performance.
6. The circulating water in the water tank should be replaced or replenished frequently, and the water temperature should be kept as low as possible, as high water temperature can affect exhaust volume and vacuum level.
