Corrosion Resistance PPH and HDPE are non-polar plastics with stable chemical properties, and most chemical media can be stored. Heat Resistance The softening temperature of PPH is 150°C, allowing safe long-term use at 100°C. The softening temperature of HDPE is 100°C, enabling safe long-term use at 60°C.

Excellent welding performance; products of the same material can be welded using various methods, with a welding coefficient of 0.9 or higher. The welding quality is high, and the weld strength is essentially the same as the base material strength.
Long product lifespan; with proper use, the lifespan can exceed 20 years. Even under harsh conditions, it can guarantee over 10 years of use.
Non-toxic, hygienic, and environmentally friendly; suitable for storing food substances, and the material is recyclable.

PPH storage tanks, specifically vertical storage tanks, are plastic tanks made from processed PPH pellets. The cylinder of a PPH storage tank is manufactured using an extrusion winding process with PPH pellets, resulting in a seamless, one-piece formation without welding. In contrast, PP storage tanks are made by welding polypropylene plates. In terms of corrosion resistance, PP vertical storage tanks and PPH vertical storage tanks are quite similar. However, from a safety perspective, PPH storage tank cylinders are integrally formed without welding, preventing leakage, whereas PP storage tanks are welded and prone to leakage, increasing safety risks. Additionally, there are significant differences in other properties, such as aging resistance.

Performance characteristics of PPH storage tanks include corrosion resistance and leak-proof design. They are easy to install, maintain, and replace. They offer a long service life and excellent sealing performance. The use of high-molecular plastic sliding rollers prevents surface scratches on steel strips during the pickling process.
