PPH Horizontal Storage Tank

PPH has strong corrosion resistance and stable chemical properties, capable of storing most chemical media. PPH vertical storage tanks are plastic tanks made from processed PPH pellets. The cylinder of a PPH tank is formed through an extrusion winding process using PPH pellets, resulting in a seamless, single-piece structure without welding. In contrast, PP tanks are manufactured by welding polypropylene plates. In terms of corrosion resistance, PP vertical storage tanks and PPH vertical storage tanks are quite similar. However, regarding safety performance, PPH tanks are integrally molded without welding, preventing leakage, whereas PP tanks are welded and prone to leakage, increasing potential safety risks. Moreover, there are significant differences in other properties between the two, such as aging resistance.
