Through the relentless efforts of the technical team at Baoding Techuang Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd., a new generation of anti-islanding equipment has been developed. This device is compact, lightweight, and easy to operate, combining both active anti-islanding and passive anti-islanding functions, solving the previous challenge of not being able to integrate anti-islanding and islanding prevention in one unit. The anti-islanding control module (TC-3087) not only collects power quality parameters such as current, voltage, frequency, and harmonics but also features functions like over/under voltage protection, over/under frequency protection, anti-islanding, reverse power flow prevention, and anti-islanding detection. Through internal software calculations, the TC-3087 device can accurately determine whether the grid is operating normally. In the event of faults such as unplanned islanding, the device can quickly control the upstream circuit breaker to open, automatically trigger an alarm, and control the anti-islanding circuit breaker to prevent misoperation. The company also offers multifunctional integrated grid-connected cabinets for both anti-islanding and islanding prevention, serving multiple purposes in a single cabinet without the need for additional JP cabinets, making wiring more convenient and operation more flexible. This device also has communication capabilities, allowing real-time transmission of grid operating conditions to an upper-level computer for unmanned monitoring.

The TC-5000 fully automatic low-voltage anti-islanding cabinet is specifically designed for power maintenance personnel or related power operators. It consists of an operation switch, disturbance load, and a dedicated anti-islanding control module, used to disrupt the unplanned islanding operation of distributed photovoltaic power generation systems.

The TC-5000 fully automatic low-voltage anti-islanding cabinet is primarily used in 220V/380V grids and is generally installed on the grid side of the output lines of distributed photovoltaic power generation systems, such as the low-voltage busbars of distribution transformers, low-voltage busbars of box-type substations, low-voltage ring main units, and 380V distribution branch boxes. It is used when power personnel perform maintenance on lines or equipment related to distributed photovoltaic power generation.

The TC-5000 fully automatic low-voltage anti-islanding cabinet has the following main technical features:

a) Integrates anti-islanding functionality, measurement, signaling, alarm, and other functions into one unit, with secondary anti-islanding protection capability;

b) The device's activation can disrupt the islanding effect of grid-connected photovoltaic power generation systems, causing the photovoltaic grid-connected inverter to stop generating power, ensuring the safety of maintenance personnel and protecting equipment;

c) Capable of measuring line voltage parameters;

d) Equipped with delayed protection functionality;

e) Interlocked with the upstream switch to prevent misoperation.
