Introduction:
Variable Gain Optical Receiver OE-200
The OE-200 series variable gain optical receiver is designed for a variety of applications requiring fast and accurate measurement of small optical signals. By combining a low-noise transimpedance amplifier with a Si or InGaAs photodiode, it covers a broad wavelength range from 190nm to 1700nm. The integrated amplifier provides adjustable gain from 10³ to 10¹¹ V/W, thus allowing measurement of optical input power from approximately 100fW to 2mW over a wide dynamic range. Its high sensitivity is achieved through low-noise design, with a noise equivalent power (NEP) as low as 6fW/√Hz.
