1. Product Introduction

The biomass fuel hot blast stove is an innovative product developed by our company in response to users' production needs and the market demand for energy conservation and emission reduction. It primarily burns biomass fuels such as crop straw, rice husks, bark, and wood chips as a substitute for coal. The hot blast stove features easy ignition, rapid heating, complete combustion, high burnout rate, and stable heat supply. It is simple to operate and easy to maintain. 2. Applications of the Fluidized Bed Furnace

The fluidized bed furnace can be used in conjunction with rotary dryers, vertical dryers, hammer dryers, indirect dryers, vertical slag mills, air-swept coal mills or vertical coal mills, fertilizer slurry spray granulators, powder drying towers, waste heat power generation supplementary heating systems, material stir-frying machines, and various semi-finished product dryers for heat supply. It is widely applicable for drying and calcining industrial raw materials or products, such as slag, clay, sludge, carbide slag, compound fertilizer, industrial gypsum, gypsum board, iron concentrate, quartz sand, yellow sand, laterite ore, sulfur concentrate, siderite, zinc leaching residue, white carbon black, coke, pulverized coal, and coal slurry.

3. Main Performance and Features

(1) Wide fuel adaptability, capable of burning biomass pellet fuels like crop straw, rice husks, bark, and wood chips;

(2) High combustion efficiency, with complete combustion, burnout rate exceeding 99%, and thermal efficiency above 98%;

(3) Stable heat supply with uniform temperature, adjustable and stable heat supply temperature up to 800°C;
