1.Product Introduction

This series of air heat exchangers is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly device that utilizes the waste heat from hot blast stove exhaust gases. The exhaust gases from the hot blast stove pass through pipelines and then through the heat exchanger to reach the dust removal equipment, after which they are discharged into the atmosphere by the dust removal equipment. As the hot flue gas passes through the heat exchanger, it exchanges heat with the clean air flowing through the air duct, heating the air. The heated hot air is then sent to the main combustion fan of the hot blast stove, thereby aiding in preheating the air to increase the furnace temperature, achieving the purpose of waste heat utilization, energy conservation, and environmental protection. At the same time, the temperature of the hot flue gas rapidly decreases after heat exchange, ensuring that the flue gas entering the dust removal equipment is at a moderate temperature, which provides better protection for the dust removal equipment and extends its service life.
