1. Product Introduction

The gas hot blast stove uses natural gas, blast furnace gas, coke oven gas, producer gas, and submerged arc furnace tail gas as fuels. It consists of a gas pipe valve group, burner, air distribution device, combustion chamber, and thermal control system. The combustion chamber shell of the furnace body is of a double-ring steel structure, with the front chamber serving as the furnace hearth, lined with a refractory insulation layer; the rear chamber is the mixed hot air chamber, where the hot air from the furnace hearth mixes with the cold air from the annular gap. By adjusting the gas volume of the burner and the opening of the air distribution butterfly valve to control the air intake, the temperature of the supplied hot air can be regulated. The gas is safely delivered to the front burner through the pipe valve, and after full combustion, the resulting hot flue gas mixes thoroughly with the cold air introduced from outside the furnace in the mixing chamber to reach the process-required hot flue gas temperature. It is then output in a negative pressure flow state and is widely used for drying and medium heating in various industries.
