- The quartz tube dual-color level gauge, developed by our company, utilizes the principle of natural light refraction and reflection in liquids. With the aid of red and green filters, it displays the liquid phase in green and the vapor phase in red during measurement. Due to the high contrast between the liquid and vapor phase displays, the indication is vivid and clear, making it particularly advantageous for remote operation and nighttime inspections. The gauge is equipped with two explosion-proof angle valves on the vapor and liquid phase sides. Inside these angle valves, highly sensitive safety steel balls are installed. In the event of accidental rupture of the quartz tube, the steel balls automatically block the channel under the internal and external pressure difference (>0.3 MPa), effectively preventing medium leakage and avoiding accidents. This level gauge is widely applicable in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, and metallurgy, making it one of the ideal direct-reading level gauges currently available in the domestic market.
