Product Description:
Food-grade SAIB-90ET, KOSHER certified, is a low-viscosity mixture of food-grade SAIB and approximately 10% ethanol (sucrose acetate isobutyrate/ethanol), primarily used as a weighting agent in beverages. The low viscosity of SAIB-90ET provides good fluidity, allowing it to be directly added to flavor oils without heating. The concentration of SAIB-90ET in beverage emulsion flavors is generally 5%-10%, and in finished beverages, it is 300 ppm or lower. In addition to its use in beverages, SAIB-90ET can also serve as a fragrance fixative and stabilizer in perfumes and fragrance formulations.
