Product Description:
SAIB has excellent light (UV) stability and thermal stability. It also offers good color stability and hydrolysis stability. It is soluble in most alcohol solutions, vegetable oils, essential oils, animal fats, and plant waxes. Although it is a very viscous liquid, its viscosity can change significantly with increasing temperature or the addition of solvents. SAIB-90EA is a low-viscosity solution composed of 90% SAIB and 10% ethyl acetate by weight. In addition to its use in coatings, SAIB-90EA is also employed in cosmetics such as inks and nail polishes.
