Message interval time configurable, resolution 1 microsecond (0.25 microseconds for 4M rate cards)

Each message can be set as "event message" or "periodic message"

Supports periodic messages with a resolution of 1 millisecond

Supports event messages, event messages can be triggered multiple times

Periodic and event messages can be dynamically inserted

During transmission, part of the messages in the frame can be stopped or started
