The TKLDJ-C08 fully automatic dual-cable hydrological survey system is an intelligent device suitable for flow measurement in open channel cross-sections of irrigation districts. With industrial control technology and computer network technology at its core, the equipment enables automatic measurement, data upload, and computational processing of hydrological flow parameters at channel cross-sections, providing users with a simple and efficient automated flow measurement method.
The TKLDJ-C08 fully automatic dual-cable hydrological survey system is suitable for flow measurement in main and branch channels of most irrigation districts nationwide. Compared to traditional cableway flow measurement methods, it adopts a dual-cable traveling structure for greater stability. The water depth measurement system features real-time deflection angle correction, ensuring more accurate measurements. Compared to the construction of track-type measuring bridges, it significantly reduces construction time and costs, making it suitable for flow measurement in open channels with cross-sections less than 200 meters and water depths within 15 meters.
The system software can communicate in real time with the hydrological survey vehicle and monitor on-site images via video. It is used for measuring flow velocity, water level, and silt level at channel cross-sections and can automatically calculate cross-sectional flow based on the collected data. The system is highly automated and user-friendly, simulating the automatic measurement process of the survey vehicle through animations and automatically generating data reports. It also includes functions for querying historical flow measurement data and outputting reports.
