Self-compacting concrete box

Self-Compacting Concrete V-Funnel test method shall comply with the following provisions:
1. After rinsing the V-funnel clean with water, place it on the stand with its top surface level and the body side vertical. Ensure the funnel is stable. Wipe the inner surface of the funnel with a wrung wet cloth to keep it moist.
2. Place a container to receive the concrete below the funnel outlet. Before filling the funnel with the concrete sample, confirm that the bottom cover of the funnel outlet is closed.
3. Use a concrete loading container to hold the concrete sample and steadily fill the funnel from the top until full.
4. Use a trowel to level the top surface of the concrete along the upper edge of the funnel.
Note: The concrete sample should be approximately 10L.
5. After leveling the top surface of the concrete, let it stand for 1 minute, then open the bottom cover of the funnel outlet. Use a stopwatch to measure the time from opening the cover until all the concrete in the funnel has flowed out, accurate to 0.1s. Simultaneously observe and record whether there is any blockage or other conditions in the concrete.
Note: 1. If the viscosity of the fresh concrete is high, making it difficult to determine the exact moment when it has completely flowed out, observe from above the funnel. The moment when light becomes visible indicates that the concrete has completely flowed out of the discharge port. When measuring the flow time, use a stopwatch with an accuracy of at least 0.1s.
2. To reduce sampling errors, the flow time measurement should be conducted at least twice on the sample within 5 minutes, and the average of 2-3 test results should be used for evaluation.

Self-Compacting Concrete V-Funnel test results shall meet the following requirements:
1. The measurement of concrete flow time shall be accurate to 0.1s.
2. In addition to measuring the flow time, record the flow condition of the concrete during the process, such as whether there is any blockage.

The self-compacting concrete V-funnel test report shall include the following items:
1. Concrete mix ratio
2. Concrete flow time
3. Record of concrete flow condition
