I. Main Purpose

The Safety Helmet Impact and Puncture Tester is produced by Beijing Luda Weiye Technology Co., Ltd. in accordance with GB/T 2812-2006 and GB 2811-2019. It is mainly used to test the impact absorption performance and puncture resistance of safety helmets. It is widely used in special labor protection product supervision and inspection stations, construction science research institutes, construction engineering quality testing stations, power departments, and safety helmet manufacturing enterprises.

II. Main Structure

1. The main structure of the equipment adopts four 80*40 European standard aluminum alloy profiles, with an aesthetically pleasing appearance, ensuring the stability and reliability of the equipment.

2. The protective net adopts a custom protective plate structure, with buffer strips around the protective plate, providing better performance than a standalone protective net structure.

3. The base is made of 10mm thick 45# steel, offering impact strength and allowing for secure installation of the force sensor.

4. The hammer head absorption device uses a universal structure to ensure the alignment of the drop hammer axis and the sensor axis, with the drop point at the center of the safety helmet.

5. The absorption release point can be vertically adjusted to set the test height, and the vertical adjustment structure ensures the drop hammer remains level during use.

6. Equipped with one each of #1 and #2 magnesium-aluminum alloy test headforms, which are repairable; one impact hammer and one puncture cone for testing.

7. Utilizes a free-fall method to realistically simulate actual usage scenarios, avoiding complex speed compensation associated with guided or rail-based drop systems, ensuring test accuracy.

III. Measurement and Control System

1. The overall control system adopts a PLC + touchscreen control structure. All related operations can be performed via the touchscreen.

2. Features a 5-inch touchscreen, configured with a 400MHz high-speed CPU for faster response and stronger processing capabilities, accurately and quickly collecting and analyzing force data. The panel protection level meets IP65 requirements, with vibration resistance of 10-25Hz, ensuring no interference from test impacts.

3. The PLC uses Mitsubishi PLC, with built-in RAM memory for faster operation.

4. Equipped with a closed-loop circuit; when the puncture cone contacts the headform, the puncture alarm device will sound an alarm.

IV. Force Measurement System

1. The dynamic force sensor uses U.S. PCB ICP technology, offering good stability, long service life, and high accuracy.

2. The PLC embeds a force data processing system, automatically performing data collection, analysis, processing, and output display.

3. The touchscreen automatically displays and locks the maximum dynamic force value.

4. The calibration sensitivity of the dynamic sensor can be input via the touchscreen for easy data management.

4. The impact height uses a high-precision measuring scale, ensuring accurate and reliable data.

V. Main Specifications of the Safety Helmet Impact and Puncture Tester

1. Impact Hammer: Mass 5-5.01kg, hammer head hemispherical with a radius of 48mm, made of 45# steel, symmetrically shaped.

2. Puncture Hammer: Made of 45# steel, mass 3-3.05kg; puncture part with a cone angle of 60°; cone tip radius 0.5mm, length 40mm, maximum diameter 28mm, hardness HRC45.

3. Sensor: Dynamic force sensor, range 0-20,000N, frequency not less than 5kHz, accuracy 1.5%.

4. Data System: Sampling frequency 20kHz, sampling time 50ms, collection lower limit 500N, accurate to 1N.
