The temperature control section of the geotextile aging test chamber utilizes an intelligent high-precision digital display PID microcomputer control instrument for operation. It features membrane-type keys, touch-based settings, and digital direct display. Temperature control employs P.I.D + S.S.R, with system coordination through the same channel, enhancing the stability and lifespan of control components and interfaces. Geotextile Aging Test Chamber Product Structure:
1. The chamber body is processed and formed using CNC machine tools, equipped with non-reactive handles for easy operation.
2. The inner chamber is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel brushed plate with a thickness of 1.2mm, while the outer shell is made of A3 plate with a plastic spray finish.
3. The circuit system features a door-type opening on the side for convenient maintenance and inspection.
4. The connection between the inner and outer chambers uses non-metal materials resistant to high and low temperatures, effectively reducing heat conduction. The door seal employs refined silicone rubber, ensuring no aging or hardening under high or low temperatures, providing more reliable sealing.
5. The observation window is made of specially designed hollow glass resistant to high and low temperatures, equipped with an electric heating device to prevent moisture condensation.
6. The lighting device uses high-brightness cold light source Philips lamps.
7. Mobile casters: Wear-resistant, silent movement with braking functionality.
8. Chamber door: Concave-convex door structure with dual-point locking for effective sealing, equipped with an electric heating device to prevent moisture condensation.
9. Frequency converter: Utilizes a Shanghai-made frequency converter for stable speed regulation and high stability. The motor is a high-power, high-speed motor.

Geotextile Aging Test Chamber Usage Conditions:
1. Placement location: Requires no direct sunlight, no flammable, explosive, corrosive, or other polluting materials nearby; no strong magnetic field interference; good ventilation but no strong direct wind; floor drain available with smooth drainage.
2. Test sample requirements: Samples must be non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive, and non-radioactive.
3. Ambient temperature: For air-cooled test chambers, room temperature should be ≤25°C with good ventilation. When room temperature is between 25°C and 35°C, normal operation is possible, but the low-temperature range and cooling rate may be affected.
4. Ambient humidity: ≤85% R.H.
