The Building Material Non-Combustibility Test Furnace is developed in accordance with the technical specifications and requirements stipulated in the national standard GB/T5464-2010. It is suitable for the test method to evaluate the combustion performance of building materials under laboratory conditions. It is applicable for testing the combustion performance classification of Class A fireproof materials in the GB8624 combustion performance grading of building materials.

1. Utilizes microcomputer technology and thyristor technology to regulate furnace temperature through power control;

Dual control modes: operation can be controlled on the touch screen or on a computer, with easy switching between control methods; one device can be operated by several computers simultaneously, allowing multiple computers to be online at the same time, enabling wireless network sharing (users provide their own computers and printers);
3. High degree of automation: displays and records the temperature inside the furnace, at the center of the specimen, and on the surface of the specimen during testing, with automatic prompts for operational steps;
4. Capable of querying historical curves and automatically determining temperature equilibrium;
5. Safe, reliable testing process with convenient operation;
6. Custom-made mold-formed refractory furnace chamber with excellent thermal insulation performance;
7. Uses high-quality strip heaters, allowing furnace temperature to rise to 900°C;
8. Employs CH341 system-driven professional software to display real-time curves of furnace temperature, specimen center temperature, and specimen surface temperature, enabling automatic control, data acquisition and processing, data storage, and output of test results;
9. Equipped with an observation mirror on top for safe viewing of the combustion state of specimens inside the furnace.
