TD-11B Floating Floor

I. Product Composition

TD11B floating floor is a floating deck structure composed of a 50mm lightweight fire-resistant insulation material, rock wool, as the bottom layer, and a 3mm galvanized steel plate folded edge as the top layer. It is mainly used for local ship compartments (with A-60 class fire protection requirements) and has excellent vibration damping, noise reduction, sound insulation, and thermal insulation functions.

1. Excellent vibration damping, noise reduction, sound insulation, thermal insulation, and sound absorption functions. Tested sound insulation value reaches 45dB;

2. Lightweight, effectively reducing the lightship tonnage;

3. Thin overall product thickness, effectively increasing interior space;

4. Fire resistance rating reaches A-60 class;

5. Effectively improves the comfort of cabin personnel.
