Wire ropes have both right-hand and left-hand lays, so the rope surface should match the lay direction of the rope groove in the clip base to increase friction and extend rope life. Therefore, wire rope clips should also be categorized as left and right clips and should not be mixed. Suitable for wire rope diameters ranging from 6-60mm. For wire ropes with special structures such as 8-strand or triangular strand, consult the supplier before ordering.

When selecting wire rope clips, inspect the dimensions of the U-bolt threads.

① The dimensions of the U-bolt should meet standards. If the opening is too large, the rope strands may misalign; if too small, it may affect clamping force.

② The external thread diameter should comply with the requirements of GB/T197-2003. Excessive clearance between the thread and the nut can result in insufficient grip strength, and if corroded, it may更容易 cause the nut to slip off. This should also be given special attention.
