FLS Series Flip-Flow Screen

      ■ Product Introduction

    Used for screening bulk loose materials in industries such as coal, quarries, steel plants, and cement plants; especially the preferred equipment for screening fine-grained, high-moisture, and sticky materials.

     ■ Working Principle

  The screen machine consists of a fixed screen frame and a floating screen frame. The vibrator generates basic vibration (single shaft for circular motion, dual shaft for linear motion) while causing the floating screen frame to produce additional elliptical motion, completing the screening of materials.

      ■ Technical Features

   • Adjust the amplitude of the screen machine by changing the eccentric block mass of the exciter, with an amplitude range of 4-8mm;

   • Adjust the amplitude of the floating screen frame by increasing or decreasing the number of shear springs or changing the spring stiffness, with an amplitude range of 12-20mm;

   • The screen plate is made of highly wear-resistant and flexible polyurethane. The expansion and contraction of the screen plate provide strong self-cleaning performance, making it suitable for screening high-moisture (moisture content 9%-15%) fine-grained materials;

   • The screen plate is easy to disassemble and replace quickly.
