        Nowadays, the bag filter is a common dust removal device, and most manufacturing plants utilize bag filters. Externally, the bag filter mainly consists of the entire housing and the hopper. The housing is equipped with a fan, an unloader, and a discharge valve. The housing is generally divided into three parts: the upper housing, the middle housing, and the lower housing. The housing is specially designed with an access port for maintenance.

        The main components of the bag filter also include the filter bags and the filter cages. The filter bags and filter cages are the primary internal structures of the bag filter. The filter cages support the filter bags, which filter the dust when it enters the dust removal equipment, thereby separating the dust from the gas.

        The working principle of the bag filter is that the dust-laden airflow enters the cylindrical filter bags from the lower perforated plate. As it passes through the pores of the filter material, the dust is captured on the filter material, and the clean gas that passes through is discharged from the outlet. The dust deposited on the filter material can be dislodged from the surface by mechanical vibration and fall into the hopper. Bag filters have long been widely used in various industrial sectors to capture non-cohesive, non-fibrous industrial dust and volatiles, with the ability to capture dust particles as small as 0.1 microns.
