ZKS Series Linear Vibrating Screen

(I) Product Application:

The ZKS series linear vibrating screen meets the needs of various industries such as coal, mineral processing, chemical, and building materials. It is used for dewatering, desliming, demedium operations of materials, as well as final classification of products.

(II) Product Structure

This series includes two types: single-layer linear vibrating screen (ZKS) and double-layer linear vibrating screen (2ZKS).

The screen machine mainly consists of a screen box, exciter, support system, and motor;

The block eccentric exciter allows amplitude adjustment within a certain range by adding or removing counterweight plates;

It adopts the dual-motor synchronization principle;

Flexible couplings are used to connect the exciter and the motor, with a universal joint possible for the intermediate shaft;

Rubber springs are employed for vibration damping;

Torsion shear-type high-strength bolts are used to connect the beams and side plates;

Nylon nuts are applied for anti-loosening technology.
