Non-pressure Feed Three-product Dense Medium Cyclone 

(I) Product Introduction

 The three-product dense medium cyclone is equipment used for coal and phosphate beneficiation. It is suitable for various coal types and washability characteristics, particularly for coals that are difficult to separate, fine-grained, and challenging to process by other methods. 

 (II) Technical Features 

 Composed of one cylindrical cyclone connected in series with another conical cyclone. Raw coal is fed by gravity through the center, while the medium is fed tangentially via a pump. A single-density dense medium suspension system separates clean coal, middlings, and gangue in one step, simplifying the process flow. Allows flexible adjustment of product quality and enables automated control of the lower separation limit. Minimizes coal particle breakage, making it suitable for processing fragile coal without the need for desliming.
